  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This means it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and shipped.

  • After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

    📦 Canada: 2–8 business days
    📦 International: 8-20 business days

    Please note that shipping times begin after the 1–3 day processing period.

  • Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

  • Yes, we ship to select international countries. You’ll be able to see if your country is eligible during checkout. If your location isn’t listed, unfortunately, we don’t currently ship there.

  • If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. You can do this by submitting a request through our CONTACT form.

    Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.
